SUMMARY: No summary available.
Warren, RI, January 14, 2008—MarketingSherpa, a research firm publishing Case Studies and benchmark guides for marketing professionals, will feature a session on creating dynamic content to ensure increased loyalty and lower costs at its Email Summit at 3:45 p.m. Feb. 25. Marc Constantineau, Manager, eCRM, for Air Canada, will be the presenter at this operational breakout session.

MarketingSherpa’s Email Summit ’08 will be held at the InterContinental Hotel in Miami, FL, Feb. 24-26, and is expected to attract more than 800 participants. In addition to Constantineau’s session on increasing loyalty through creating more dynamic content, the event will offer the latest market research on email marketing and include presentations from leading email marketers and in-depth analysis of case studies.

The session is based on Air Canada’s webSaver email program, which was redeveloped in conjunction with ThinData. Titled “Dynamic Content for Increased Loyalty and Lower Costs,” Air Canada’s presentation explores ideas and methods for creating dynamic content, using it as a tool for increasing customer retention and lowering email-related production costs.

Constantineau comments, “I am very excited about sharing our webSaver story at the Email Marketing Summit. Our program has won awards internationally because it has many practical lessons that marketers -- across industries -- can learn from about how to significantly increase the impact of their email marketing initiatives. And this summit is the ‘go to event’ for marketers who want to improve their email marketing.”

Constantineau has worked at Air Canada, Canada’s largest full-service airline and the largest provider of scheduled passenger services in the Canadian market, for the past 13 years. He has held positions in call centers, marketing, IT and eCommerce. He currently manages email and online communications and leads the data warehouse integration.

“Air Canada’s participation by Marc Constantineau in the Email Marketing Summit is an excellent example of the type of high-level expertise that attendees will be able to take advantage of,” said Eric Stockton, MarketingSherpa President. “The over 800 participants in the Summit will have the chance to network with Marc and other proven experts in the field of email marketing.”
