Business Unit Manager – Professional Certification Program
Description: Establishes entrepreneurial business unit to achieve rapid and successful growth of our Professional Certification training programs for marketers. Is accountable for ensuring best-of-breed content provision, establishing and overseeing marketing strategy, and setting and attaining profitable business growth by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Serve as the spokesperson and primary advocate and champion for the Professional Certification Program
• Performs or commissions market research to ensure that the business unit thoroughly understands the applicable training industry market characteristics and business imperatives
• Defines, grows and seeks marketing channels. Work with Corporate Marketing staff to establish an effective marketing program
• Champions customer and partner satisfaction
• Prepares or approves partnership development strategies and engagement plans that lead to achievement of partnership engagement objectives.
• Set and monitor appropriate performance metrics for the business
• Tracks and analyzes what does and does not work and translates what is learned into repeatable “Best Practices” For both external relationships and internal processes
• Negotiates and oversees prices and terms of sales/service agreements applicable to the business unit, and maintains appropriate records.
• Manages Business Unit resources and expenditures such that the BU maintains a positive contribution margin based upon budget.
• Trains and educates partners, both on-site and through communication channels, to establish and sustain a culture of testing.

Proven successful experience in working in conjunction with other business units and organizing and motivating staff to produce effectively.
LANGUAGE SKILLS

Graphic Designer
Description: Designs and produces art and copy layouts for material to be presented by visual communications media such as books, magazines, newspapers, television, electronic media, and packaging by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Consults with client or supervisor to evaluate individual project needs.
• Studies illustrations, photographs, and text to plan presentation of material, product, or service.

• Meets with design and technical staff on projects, technical specifications, and deadlines.

• Portfolio/samples of work, online or printed, required when submitting resume.
