Now Seeking Nominations: Sherpa’s 5th Annual Viral Marketing Hall of Fame

SUMMARY: The explosion of social media has created a powerful new engine for viral marketing campaigns. There are more ways than ever for marketers to reach a target audience and let those potential customers share, comment on, mash-up, or otherwise take a marketing campaign into their own hands.

That’s why we can’t wait for you to nominate you most successful viral marketing campaigns for MarketingSherpa's fifth annual Viral Marketing Hall of Fame.
If you had a recent campaign that went viral through social media, email, or any combination of online and offline channels, now is your chance to be recognized for your success.

All you have to do is enter your video/audio clips, e-cards, online games, Flash animation, tell-a-friend boxes, microsite, or social networking campaign using the form linked below. Don’t forget to fill us in on your goal, the strategies you used, how you spread the word, and the results the campaign generated.

Here’s the link to the nomination form:

There's no cost to enter, and your prize is bragging rights and a write-up in a Sherpa newsletter. As a bonus, this year we will highlight some of the best B2B viral campaigns during a special session at MarketingSherpa’s 6th Annual B2B Marketing Summit.

Hurry, the deadline is August 21. Past honorees include VeriSign, General Mills, and NetQos.
