Oftentimes, when a user fills out an online form, there is no reinforcement thanking them for providing their information. ISG abides by online and email best practices, and used Les Roches autoresponder email not only to reinforce prospective students' image of the school, but also to give them opportunities to further explore the programs. ISG used dynamic elements in the call to-actions based on the program of interest students selected in the Les Roches online campaign. The call-to-action was displayed for preview pane visibility and again at bottom of message, and the email was designed to ensure optimal deliverability and performance. Sorry, the judges promised this winner that we would keep their results private. However, be assured that we have seen all the data and were thoroughly impressed!
