In this presentation, Wilms talks about how SAP takes advantage of its more than 53,000 employees in 128 countries to create 4,000 blog posts each day and reach its 2.5 million community members. This outreach includes 70,000 LinkedIn followers, 83,000 Facebook fans, 11,500 Twitter followers and 36,000 YouTube video views in 2011. Wilms explains the process SAP uses to achieve these social media results.
