"The top two performing keywords -- JetBlue and Jet Blue -- have live #1 ads on Google at all times. They convert so well, it's worth it." I'm not sure that this makes sense. If you go to Google and type in "jetblue" you'll see that Jet Blue already comes up in the #1 spot. Clearly, the user is looking for the Jet Blue site because that's what he/she typed in. I think they're paying for traffic and conversions that they would be getting anyway.
