Thanks for the transcript (and for the interesting webinar, of course). I learn and retain much more by reading than by hearing so I find webinars difficult to follow. I'm sure there are many others like me out there. For this reason, I wish everyone who archives a webinar online would post its transcript alongside the audio portion. Unfortunately, very few marketers do this.
