Our experience with case studies doesn't agree with Phelon Group findings. We get plenty of ROI by using the case studies for (a) credibility (b) search marketing (c) e-newsletter and (d) recruiting. The trick: our case studies focus on bottom-line metrics-driven impact. All our analytics support the case for continued creation of compelling case studies.
