Can you share a quote about a test result, campaign lesson or other insight you gained in 2009 for our "Marketing Wisdom from the Field" report?
The 8th annual version of this report will be distributed in January 2010, at no cost to MarketingSherpa readers, and will feature approximately 100 of the year's best lessons compiled from you and your peers.
If you’ve never shared your wisdom before, here’s how it works.
Your quote -- a short story told in your own words -- must be based on a real-life experience. A few suggestions for your entry: o How you coped with the recession and limited resources to execute your 2009 marketing strategy o A test campaign that worked better (or worse) than anticipated o Lessons learned about specific tactics, such as social media marketing, lead scoring, email autoresponders, etc. o Career stories -- everything from hiring to budgeting to dealing with office politics
Make your entry as long as necessary. Include your name and your company’s URL for attribution, or submit anonymously.
We believe much of the value of these stories lies in reflections of the past year. These reflections may be especially important this year, after experiencing the full effects of the recession and/or significant budget restrictions. Here’s a chance to share how you managed to survive and even thrive in these conditions -- and where we go from here.
